Saucony is proud to expand the Run For Good Children’s Program, a collaborative design initiative that celebrates incredible kids and the life-changing work of these outstanding children’s hospitals around the US and Canada. These special edition shoe and apparel styles are designed by kids and inspired by their unique personalities, interests and journeys—they come in extended adult sizing to fit both youth and adults. With every purchase of the Run For Good Children’s Program products, you’ll help support the care and wellbeing of children at hospitals that are near and dear to each community – the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, Boston Children’s Hospital, The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. 20% of every sale from these collections will be donated to the children’s hospitals or their designated charity, for a minimum donation of $200,000 collectively.* So lace up and help bring lifesaving care to kids.
About Jake, 12
From birth, Jake needed a series of operations and a pacemaker to prevent heart failure. Problems with his pacemaker, led him to Boston Children’s, where experts performed his fifth major surgery to save his heart when he was 9. Now he gives back by fundraising and sharing his positive outlook at a summer camp for kids with congenital heart defects. He serves in student government and recently penned a hilarious graphic novel. Jake’s vibrant Jazz Court and Foamie Trucker Hat are a tribute to his love of basketball, tacos, and his rubber duck collection—he has 136 and counting!
